Machining - Plastic Design and Fabrication

PDF utilizes state of the art equipment, and years of plastic machining experience, to provide the highest quality products. We work closely with you to provide prototypes, production parts and assemblies. We do custom machining on CNC equipment, both lathes and mills (Diameter to 18" and Millwork 20" x 40"*). Our machine shop is very clean, and our quality process is built in to the manufacturing methods. We work with any number of materials ranging from Acetal to Vespel®.
